About Our Company
WMSHL is a member owned, shared healthcare laundry that operates as a non-profit cooperative. This laundry was established in 1975 by a group of hospitals that came together to ensure non-interrupted service that they could benefit directly from with all the advantages of a shared facility. This shared facility has continued to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of our original and new members.
As a non-profit entity, our members know that they are only being charged the actual costs of service and they are not subsidizing the the operations of others. Our goal is to deliver the quantity and quality of service that allows you to operate smoothly and effectively.
For over 40 years, West Michigan Shared Hospital Laundry has never failed to deliver to our members. This is our greatest achievement!
Our Vision
To exceed the expectations of all those we interact with, while being the undisputed leader in quality of services, products and value.
Our Mission
West Michigan Shared Hospital Laundry operates to meet the needs of our members, their staff, caregivers, and patients by providing the Highest Quality and Highest Value. Equally, WMSHL must meet the needs of our employees and community.
This will be accomplished in an atmosphere of Constant Improvement and Clear Communication with a focus on reducing our impact to the environment.
We recognize that this can only be achieved by providing our employees with a safe, comfortable environment where their value and contributions are recognized and where they can play an active part in the success of WMSHL and themselves.
